Before applying for this dog please think about your expectations for a rescued dog. Rescued dogs need a patient and understanding owner that will realize they will not be perfect from Day 1. In order for any dog to conform to a family’s expectations, training and patience is needed. If your family doesn’t have the patience or time to train a rescue dog please do not apply to adopt one- adopting and then returning a rescued dog causes the dog more heartbreak.

Once submitted, this form is sent to the dog’s foster family- please be patient waiting for the foster to contact your family and also be CONSIDERATE and reply to an email/phone call even if no longer interested.
