Hi there,
Trixie here giving you an update on my first couple of weeks in my forever home. Wow, I have been having such a great time with my sister Genevieve! We play all day long, and she even doesn’t mind when I take toys from her. She sleeps in my bed sometimes with me; it is a really nice bed. I love my neighbors, even the cat who lives next door. I have a great time running around full speed with Gena in the backyard. I am getting good at not jumping, and I sit before I eat my food. I still don’t know how to walk on a leash well, but Gena is helping teach me and Mom says I’m a fast learner. She is proud of how well I did in my potty training.
I met my vet Dr. Black last week, and the whole office made a fuss over me. They gave me a bandana, a rawhide, and took my picture. Dr. Black gave me a treat after my exam and said I was a good girl.
I have lots of toys and I hide them in the corner of the couch or on my mat. I love to sit in the front window with Gena, and we look outside all day (when we’re not playing). I hope all the doggies are doing well at your house. Thanks for taking care of me and picking out my great new home!
